Returns and Exchanges
Can I return Custom and Customised Jewellery?
- We do not accept returns on custom or customised jewellery. All sales of custom or customised items are final due to the personalized nature of these products.
Exchanges
- While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to facilitate exchanges. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it for another item of equal or lesser value within 10 days of receipt.
- To initiate an exchange, please write to contact@helene-m.com with your order number and details about the product you wish to exchange and reasons for the exchange. We will provide instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Shipping of an exchanged piece
- The item must be in its original, unworn condition and accompanied by the original packaging and receipt.
- Shipping costs are charged to the customer, along with any additional insurance for the shipping for items above 500€
- As soon as the original item is received and processed, the new item will be sent out to the customer and a tracking number will be provided for the shipping.
